1. Overview

At Mod Furniture, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item is in its original, unused condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items returned without prior authorization

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at our Contact Us page (https://modfurniture.studio/contact-us/) within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. Our support team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Pack the item securely and include your RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item to the return address provided by our team

Please do not ship any item back without first receiving an RMA number, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Mod Furniture will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Mod Furniture is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.


7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipment, and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.


9. Free Shipping Orders

Orders that qualified for free shipping (over $900) that are partially returned may no longer meet the free shipping threshold. In such cases, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
